We worked with JPO for our wedding on a family style dinner service and cocktail hour. We had an excellent tasting experience and were really excited for our partnership. Unfortunately there was a severe lack of coordination on the day-of which lead to a number of tables (including ours) to not get fully served. Our table, for example, only got steak, and no sides. JPO's staff was incredible! They really helped our wedding run smoothly. We loved that they have a variety of food options and service types to accommodate our vision. Small "con" was that the food was excellent at the tasting, but during the wedding it didn't seem as "fresh." BUT we still highly recommend. Also, the bartending team is TOP TIER...their drinks looked and tasted better than some of your usual NYC bars and restaurants ;)
Horrible management
9/17/22 couple: We did not have a very positive experience with JPO Concepts. In the beginning of booking them as a vendor, everything was very smooth. As we got closer to the wedding date, things were not what we expected. We had a scheduled call with JPO/Sean, our caterer and wedding planner. JPO did not show up to the call and it took me (bride) contacting them the entire next day and following week to receive an answer regarding next steps.
