Do not rent here. Cannot be trusted. We had a contract for 80/month. After 1 month they informed me that it is now 125/month.

This company exhibits deplorable service. You're forced to pay on the first of each month, albeit I was told that there's a grace period, that's a fallacy. Additionally, there are absurd fees: $35 for a late fee and an additional $50 if you haven't paid by the 11th of the month. Given the size of the community they're servicing, this is basically a monopoly due to the lack of other storage options. JPN is a great place. Always friendly people there. The storage units are clean and very good sizes. There is always someone there to help you. The area is well lit up and feels very safe. This place is right by the wawa so its convenient to many things

Melanie has been a huge help from our very first telephone conversation. We were in a bind, and Melanie was able to help us. The facility itself is is kept clean and well maintained. I highly recommend JPN Self Storage.
