We just bought a 1993 Diahatsu Hijet from Izumi and it was a super experience. He is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They are closed on Sundays, but he made an appointment for us so my wife could also be there to see the truck. He answered every question we had and spent plenty of time showing us all the details of the vehicle. There was no pressure, no trying to upsell, just excellent customer service. Bought my 99 HiJetClimber from JPNAutoimports. Izumi is excellent! Voluntarily shows the export certificate which show the previous inspections in Japan and the TOTAL vehicle mileage. (some dealers-including some VERY large ones- will NOT show this information and some even claim the certificates do NOT show this information. Saying so is an abject lie since every vehicle exported from Japan HAS this in order to be allowed to be exported! Beware any dealer who fails to provide this information up front!!).
