Our HOA uses their service in Harpers Ferry. 2 things can be determined from this. 1. Our HOA is clueless and has no common sense. 2. JPM has to be close to the absolute worse landscaping service you could hire in Jefferson County or Berkley County. Hey, they showed up today! Cigarettes dangling out of their mouths while carelessly riding around on mowers. Don't know if any of them speak English. The grounds they are paid to maintain look like h***.
