Poor experience. Called them for an estimate based on a recommendation from a colleague, was told I would receive a call back from someone called Matt; no responses for a full week, then I called them again, spoke to the same lady as before, and received the exact same comment with an excuse that Matt was out of town. Was told he wd definitely call back. 3 weeks later, no calls and no feedback. These guys just finished my house. WOW unbelievable! They were quick, friendly, and wonderful communicators. Put everything in terms that I, as a new/first time home owner, could understand. Matt was always there to answer any questions I had. Cannot recommend JPM enough. Great work!
