VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I made a purchase (gift for an elder) on Nov. 14th with this company, Paid for three day shipping, and received a confirmation on the same date informing me that my order has been shipped. By Nov. 20th I’m now wondering why I haven’t received my purchased order, nor any other communication in reference to it.
