Very unprofessional. I reached out to them with a request for proposal and they treated me like I had two heads. They said they aren't looking for new general contractors to work with, they only do projects over $250k, they only bid jobs that start 6 months out, and it takes 8 weeks to quote anything. Too big of a shop for me if they have this attitude. I strongly encourage looking for a smaller and more customer service oriented millwork subcontractor.
