10 years down the line and the work at my house I've found out was sub standard
Carl was most helpful - attended on 28th December the same day reported faulty boiler. had a quick temporary fix and then ordered new parts immediately and got the issue sorted just before the New Year day. Much appreciated and highly recommended!
Very professional and while the waste water pipe from the washing machine wasn't the problem they adjusted it anyway to eliminate it as a potential problem.
