The owner Jake has no common courtesy. I have brought a truck in to his shop recently to do a safety. My binder was in the back and he had kept his muddy boots on and walked into the back of the truck to grab my safety binder. I called him up the next day and he had basically told me if I do not want Mud in the back of my truck. Maybe I should have put my binder on the seat. Parked my trailer there to grab a different one. Came back a week later to find my trailer in the shop torn up and cut up. They claim they got mixed up with a different one they needed to do a safety on, maybe they should've double checked plate and Vin number before assuming they took the right one.

Brought a truck & trailer in for a safety inspection and had the shock of my life. Although I feel the workmanship may be of decent quality, I also believe that some work done may not have been required. Most shops will provide a clear breakdown for each specific job done on a customer's unit, not lump all the hours together.
