Very disappointed with our experience. My Mother - in - law had a private family showing today. I went in last Friday to order a small spray to go in her casket with a ribbon inscribed with ,”Ma” on it. It was supposed to be delivered at 10. When we got there we were told it wasn’t delivered and they would call them. It was finally delivered and I saw that it was not what I ordered and paid for.
