Great local spot for the quality of food.
I like JPAN and think it has a lot to offer-well rounded menu-happy hour specials -and reasonably friendly service-I wish I could find sushi rolls -that "really knocked my socks off" new creative and larger portion offerings would be welcome.
Atmosphere was ok, good location but the food was subpar and the service was awful. Three employees were walking all around us with no acknowledgment, one turned out to be our server. She had us waiting while she chatted at the bar and with another table. Once we did get service, not a smile or a care that we waited a long time. We had to ask for our refills and she would just walk by and set down our stuff and barely talk to us. I hardly ever write reviews but I can’t think of a time when I have had such bad service.
