This company is awesome. We have an older RV and the AC was on its end of life but they worked us in for a service call, came out and got it going. It decided to quit 2 hrs after they left. I made contact and they ordered us a new one and offered to take off the amount of previous service call because it didn't last long. We knew there was a possibility it was going to need replaced so we declined the offer but appreciated it all the same because time is money. This is who I will go to for ALL RV needs. Fixed a problem with my RV slide out that I couldn't fix myself. I'm a satisfied customer.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Called Paul after another person couldn't figure it out. Paul came out on Sunday, fixed the issue with my RV HVAC issue. I can't say enough positive things about JPAK. I have found the ONLY company I will let touch my RV. Thank you Paul & JPAK, I appreciate you.
Showed up on time and was super fast fixing the toilet in my camper. They were fast, affordable, and professional. I will call them again for absolutely anything I would ever need for my camper.
