These guys are awesome. They were quick, clean and professional. They were able to diagnose my RV dishwasher and get parts in within a few days. I highly recommend them.
I'm very grateful I found Paul. He was easy to get in contact with and fit me in on a busy Sunday. He showed up with a plan and a plan b, getting my broken diesel heater fixed in a short amount of time. His rates are more than reasonable and he's a very kind, respectful man, which is important to me as a solo female traveler. Let me preface this by saying I very rarely write reviews, but I felt obligated to write this one because of the level of service I was provided. I was trying to get my RV squared away before the 2026 freeze got here (same as everyone else in Lampasas county) when I learned that my furnace was not working. When I called JPAK they actually answered the phone (somehow this is unheard of in business these days). This is my second review. The first a few years ago was also 5 star on my old rv, but the most recent should be 7 stars. After really bad weather I found myself in my new 2 month old rv with a non-stop furnace running, and none of my control units worked. I pulled the breaker and the furnace stopped but then I had no heat, no air and no hot water.... and still no control over any of my ac or heat units.
