I would strongly advise anyone looking for an advocate who actually cares about their case to look elsewhere. My experience with this firm was unprofessional, dismissive, and ultimately a complete waste of critical time. I cannot adequately express how painful and disappointing my experience with this firm has been. After being told by Ms. Jonquille Pak that she was in a meeting and would get back to me as soon as possible, I never heard from her again.
