This place is great. Don’t let the outside appearance scare you or turn you away. The owner is really nice and cut us a deal. We didn’t have too much money to work with since we just put a lot of expenses into moving. This place delivered AND set up the washer and dryer we bought the next day. I bought a washer/dryer set from this store, and 6 weeks later the washer broke. It was 2 weeks past my warranty. I called the store, said I would pay if they came to repair it. He never texted or called me back, I had to pay more money to get it checked through another appliance store and then buy a whole new washer because the pump was bad.

I called JP APPLIANCE to have one if their techs come out to fix the heating element in my Samsung dryer. Their technician Jay came out to my house the very next day and before he left the dryer was up and working once again just like it was brand new.I HIGHLY recommend this company.

This place sells junk. I will never buy anything there again.
