My Turkish rug was placed in a busy area of my house, so it collected a lot of dust and dirt over time. I booked their Turkish rug cleaning service, and the process was very simple. They came, picked up the rug, and explained how it would be cleaned using modern machines. I liked that they clean everything at their factory. Chris was efficient, friendly, helpful, polite, courteous and kind when managing two housecats. They are a trusted brand that has been around for many years. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. Bravo to all of you. Keep up the excellent work.
