2019 F150 tranny failure... Didn't dare take it back to the dealer (who has screwed it up several times!). Checked with another local repair place, seemed way too pricey. Did my added research, and these guys get good marks. Easy to work with, delivered when promised, communicative on the process... and, about $3K less than the local guys (and I'm sure much cheaper'n the dealership who'd have dorked it up again). Truck works great, maybe better'n new. Shame that the tranny gives out well before 70k...
Towed my car here last week after my CSC gave out in my clutch, was told they needed to have look and run a diagnostic for the problem before they could quote me even though I knew the issue beforehand. They never called me back and when I called them they told me I needed a new clutch, when asked for pictures of the bad clutch they claimed they already put it back and it was old and worn. They didn’t know I had just changed my clutch less than a year ago. In the end when I called their bluff they said they were recommending... read more
