We've been using JP Tax for 7 or 8 years now. We can always rely on JP to set up our annual meetings, use his excellence in understanding of IRS Process to support our filing needs. We recommend him to any who ask, and to date no one has had a negative experience. I'm sorry one customer has reported delay in communication, I know he is very busy during tax season.
I have never written a bad review, but I want to warn people. He is very hard to get in touch with, and my husband and I made the mistake of leaving our documents with him so we all could stay safe during Covid. He still hasn't returned them, after months of asking for them back. It took us prodding him to complete our taxes, and then prodding to file the taxes, the only thing he was quick to respond to was telling us how to pay him.
