Shocking to Say the Least – UP Sports in Oceanside near the pier, facing the 5 freeway next to Denny?s. We simply entered the store to inquire about surf racks for a truck, nothing about a board. The owner immediately questioned us about the type of board that my husband?s father has (that?s who we were inquiring about the racks for).
