Worst customer service! I’ve had a problem with my car (brand new) twice same problem. They trying to blame it on me. Said I was using a different name because it’s under my father’s name as he signed for me to get the car. First time I took it in they accused me of taking it to someone else to have work done on it…y’all I have a warranty so why would I go somewhere and spend my money when they gonna fix it for free? Had a great experience with salesmen Josue Ruiz and Mike Gross. They treated us great and weren’t pushy about what car to buy or any add ons like me and my wife have experienced in the past from car salesmen. They got us in a great car at a great price. Every person we dealt with was awesome can’t say enough good things about the people that work here.
I had a very pleasant experience with JP Sides Mazda! Dylan was the salesman who sold me my new car and he was almost always available to talk to with questions I had and always got back to me if he didn't answer right away.
