Have nothing but good things to say about Jp pools. John’s great and his crew were super polite and works hard and got my pool up really quick. I was at work and my wife was home and he did nothing but treat my wife with respect and kept us informed on everything. Definitely recommend these guys. Thanks for everything guys.
I wouldn't let this company put a kids pool in every thing I told him not to do he did and everything I asked to do he didn't he drove his truck right over our curtain drain and crushed it now our back is a swamp thanks JP I told HH I'm not to dig it deeper and he did and said he didn't now the pool is a foot lower than the deck when he put the liner in he didn't rake it out and it looks like the face of the moon and like others say never returns calls or show when he says he will can believe he still in business he's nothin... read more

These people are thieves. Then when you call them out John hides under a rock. They charge a CARTING FEE knowing they can get the sand to your yard with the same excavator they used to dig up your yard. I got them on camera and when I confronted them john never once called me instead he hides. Sending his snotty children to talk for him. I would have never hired these guys to even dig a hole for me. JP Pool knowingly installed my above ground pool liner over incorrect substrate causing leaking issues within the first year, and now will not back their workmanship. I've been calling them for 2 years with problems, asking them to back their work and fix my pool. I have been ignored, neglected, and fed the biggest line of BS, so they don't have to honor their work. After getting a second opinion from another pool company, I have decided to move on.
