Great customer service
Great experience with Julian! We called almost 10 pool companies that either didn’t answer the phone, promised an appointment with no follow-up, or an AI bot that took us in circles without helping. Julian answered the call and created a seamless process for us to schedule an appointment for a pool estimate. He’ll be the first one that we call in the future for our home buyers.

I wish I could give JP Pools 100 stars! Julian came out and replaced and removed some parts of our pool. He was prompt and professional and did everything he told us he would do. He always kept his word about everything which is rare today. I highly recommend JP Pools for your swimming pool needs.
