For all I know he's great at the actual pool service thing, but he never showed up. First time I got a text 2 days later with an excuse (which was a totally valid reason to no show if it actually happened). Said he'd come in two days to clean the pool. Cool, I'm not in a rush, no big. Two days later again no show. This time he texts me at 9 at night that they'll come the next day at 9 in the morning. At this point I don't believe him. Do not recommend them what so ever. Their word means nothing. I was told I will be there on Saturday and never showed up. Called him and told me he was in Arizona purchasing new equipment. Then he tells me he will be here ever 2 weeks and again nothing it’s been over 3 weeks and I had to call and gives me friking excuses. This been going on for over 5 months. Do not give him the day he will let you down.
Never show up when you are scheduled. No call, or follow up. Worst service.
This guy will stand you up several times. He always had an excuse. He would never even give you a courtesy message. You wouldn't find out that he isn't coming until you noticed he never showed up and texted him. I was having guests over for a swim party and he knew this. I had to cancel my party because the pool wasn't ready because once again he never showed up. I even confirmed twice that week. That was the 3rd time he did that.
