Our water heater broke suddenly with no warning, leaving our family of six without hot water. John stepped in right away, moved quickly, and handled everything smoothly. He was professional, easy to work with, and clearly skilled at what he does. We had hot water again in no time, and everything has been working great since. We truly appreciate his help and would definitely recommend him.
