My husband wasn’t too happy. He made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation and they made him wait a whole hour to a hour and a half while walk ins were waited on first when the came in after him from what he seen. He finally said something to them after seeing five to six people that came in after him. He had an appointment to go to and was not expecting them to forget about him.
