This place is completely dismissive to problems. I showed them the bulletin Nissan posted, the bulletin explains if x happens replace y. Well X Was happening and the service team said no no this isn’t it, this isn’t helping you we are the experts. Well it happened again and my new truck died again before a trip…, took it to another dealership in the suburbs and they immediately told me it’s the problem I was explaining and fixed the issue. I went to get my car serviced there because I have a nissan, which is know to have transmission problem, so I went there to make my transmission wasn't going out. They had my car for over an hour and a half they came over to give me the keys back and I asked if everything was fine with it. Well they just said they would contact the number on file later. I never received a call from them and they didn't give me a paper of information like you would usually get when getting your car looked at. 0/10 would NOT recommend coming h... read more
A great dealership. They deliver absolutely super customer service. It was an "above and beyond" level of service and I could not be more grateful. Recommend them without reservation. They care about their customers.
