They allowed someone to cash a stolen check. They must not even ask for ID. It was for a medical bill. Do better , and now I don’t know who cashed my check and stole mail
The customer service is very disappointing. Called multiple times and was transferred around. I finally got in touch with a wonderful woman named Tonya.
