Not a good experience. Their delay in depositing a check (10 days!) cost me the rate lock I had on my first home purchase. After jumping through numerous hoops to confirm with them that the checks have cleared from the other bank, they told me it would be processed within 30 mins- only to find out the next day that my request was actually denied. They never called or tried to notify me of this. I discovered it on my own Complete malpractice and unacceptable.

Spent 3 hours on the phone with them for travel changes due to recent fires and they were not accommodating at all! There policies do not make travel changes easy. They have poor communication among employees leaving you confused and frustrated. Promise call backs that don’t happen.

Avoid dealing with this company at all costs! It is a NIGHTMARE working with them. It seems that people are always on vacation, so tasks get dropped or missed. When this occurs, they try to blame the customer. They will email you requesting information, but when you try to contact them, you will never reach them. So many people will get involved in your case, yet no one knows what is going on. The worst part of it all is that the staff is VERY unprofessional and rude. I noticed some fraudulent activity on one of my several accounts with chase bank. When I called in to report to fraudulent transactions microsoft was charging my account for the past year I did not order any service or anything from Microsoft my account was hacked online.when I informed chase they put credits back to that account I received a notice by mail informing me that the transactions are fraud but because of a "60"day rule they will not credit any amount past 60 days therefore they took back all the credit making me ... read more

The people who work here (or I guess are employed here because they’re never actually available to answer calls and seemingly are always on vacation) are so incompetent. They put the deposit on our house at risk because they changed our mortgage loan a week before we were supposed to close and elongated the process for another month and a half.
