You cannot rely on this company. We had booked them ann they confirmed. At the last moment, they called and said we cannot make it. Very unprofessional service. This had happened twice with them.
These guys made a simple move out so stressful that I won’t recommend them to anyone. I was booked in for 2 pm and I was told at 1:45 pm that they will be late which I thought would be be 30-40 mins. No one turned up for 2 hours. I called, left texts but no response. I did tell him that I have to move today as my tenants are moving in but no empathy ( forget about professionalism) n again stopped responding to my calls or messages. Finally I cancelled that booking at 5 pm n booked with another company. Not even an apologised... read more
