As an interior designer specializing in construction for 30 years, I have come across many carpenters and JP Modern Builds has surpassed most of subs I have worked with. Their attention to detail is outstanding, their ability to trouble shoot on the fly; also amazing, sharing designs and ideas very helpful for any homeowner but mostly it’s their commitment to their client. If you have a job that you need done, hire them, you won’t be disappointed, quite the opposite.
Top notch work at a great price. They added an accent wall to my living room and we love it. Will continue to use JP Modern Builds for all of our projects.
JP Modern Build did a fantastic job installing my engineered hardwood flooring. This father-son team works with precision. The seams and butt joints are nice and tight. What was important to me was quality work, fair price, cleanliness and neatness of the job site, starting and finishing in a timely manner. Josh and his father delivered on all above. I would use them again without question.
