Kristyn was the absolute best!! He had ongoing issues with my hair and colour not staying or fading and becoming patchy. Kristyn listened to everything I said, came up with a plan and executed it flawlessly. Also 10/10 best head massage - still dreaming about it! <3

After almost 15 years, I decided to change my hair dresser as I needed a change in how I looked but unfortunately she was not and we were too comfortable doing the same thing for years, so one day I walked into JP mode and made an appointment for a free consult and that’s how I met Shabnam 🥰. I have tried several higher end salons in the Surrey area and JP Mode is the absolute best. The stylist put in extra time at each appointment to make sure your cut or colour is exactly what you want. I have seen Laura for cut and Kelsi for colour and would highly recommend both.

I had an excellent experience with Shabnam . She provided a precise haircut and beautiful highlights with great attention to detail. The results were polished and professional, and I truly appreciate her skill and care. Highly recommend her services.
