Contacted to provide an estimate. Arrived and looked an outlet for 30 minutes. Sent a bill for over $450.00 for 3 hours of “diagnostic” work. No work was asked for and no work was done. Then, after providing feedback, they will take you to court if you don’t pay for the “work”. When showing up for court there are 14 people taking off work to attend small claims court because of their inaccurate billing. The worst billing practices I had ever seen. Stay far away.
Needed immediate attention to fix broken ceiling tile before it fell on someone. Manager obtained a lift and technicians were very effective, worked hard, pleasant, and able to deal with the heights required for this job.
