this is a frustrating business to deal with. They constantly skip pick ups and lie about when the drivers have picked up---however never fail to charge for pick ups whether they come or not. I have been in business over 30 years and have never had this much trouble with a garbage hauler. They claim they picked up our garbage, yet the dumpster is over flowing. Forced by our township to use this company. Have had nothing but problems getting my trash collected for over 10 years. Drivers have an attitude, and when you complain to corporate about your trash not being collected, you are placed on a wait list. Basically your trash will get collected when we get around to it. Company raises their rates every year, we are presently paying 33% more for trash collection than other area townships. I am new to the area. My trash days are Monday's. I called one October 5th and asked how a Bulk pick up of Carpet works. The Man on the phone explained it and I gave him payment over the phone to come pick $50 worth of carpet. To this day the carpet is still sitting there. Every time I have called they keep giving me the run around. Oh sorry someone will be there by the end of the day. I will be speaking with the Township to get a new trash company. I would advise if you have the option do not pick this company. Thank you

My trash is supposed to be picked up on Mondays, today is Wednesday and it still hasn't been picked up. They picked up everyone else's trash on my street except for mine and my neighbors. I called at noon on Monday to let them know they missed it. I was "guaranteed" they'd be back to get it...that didn't happen. I called twice yesterday with the same promise. we have been living in the house and using the same trash can for 22 years. The trash can started to leak in June. I called for a replacement. The gentleman said that they had ordered the trash cans, hadn't been shipped to them yet, and as soon as they arrived, we would be contacted. No one contacted me therefore a month later, I called. The same gentleman said that the trash can just arrived, would be delivered to our house soon and we would be contacted. A month went by, nobody called at all. Worst waste company ever! I have had to call them every week for the past 8 weeks to get my trash picked up. The latest incident involves my trash not being picked up at all for the last 2 weeks with promises from the company to pick up each time we call. Unfortunately our township has a contract with them and we are stuck in the middle. DO NOT ISE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR WASTE MANAGEMENT!!

mascaro is the worst company for service I have ever seen. Today is the third week in a row they passed by my recycle container. they work in a "when your route is done your done". This is good for the worker but bad for the customer. Yhy drivers are in such a hurry that the pickers cant keep up.They should not be allowed to bid on municipal contracts.

What a waste of taxpayer money. This lousy band of cowboys are contracted by our municipality to collect everybody's trash. They repeatedly miss the trash or recycling collection and state that its too heavy or that something in the can does not comply with the rules. They are careless and unnecessarily heavy handed with the cans and do not care that their actions have damaged my vehicles and garage doors. The customer service for this organization is horrible considering it is contracted by my township. My trashcans are constantly left in the middle of my driveway and a safety hazard as I have to exit my car on a busy road to move it. I have contacted the company several times to no avail.
