I am new to the area. My trash days are Monday's. I called one October 5th and asked how a Bulk pick up of Carpet works. The Man on the phone explained it and I gave him payment over the phone to come pick $50 worth of carpet. To this day the carpet is still sitting there. Every time I have called they keep giving me the run around. Oh sorry someone will be there by the end of the day. I will be speaking with the Township to get a new trash company. I would advise if you have the option do not pick this company. Thank you
My trash is supposed to be picked up on Mondays, today is Wednesday and it still hasn't been picked up. They picked up everyone else's trash on my street except for mine and my neighbors. I called at noon on Monday to let them know they missed it. I was "guaranteed" they'd be back to get it...that didn't happen. I called twice yesterday with the same promise. we have been living in the house and using the same trash can for 22 years. The trash can started to leak in June. I called for a replacement. The gentleman said that they had ordered the trash cans, hadn't been shipped to them yet, and as soon as they arrived, we would be contacted. No one contacted me therefore a month later, I called. Worst waste company ever! I have had to call them every week for the past 8 weeks to get my trash picked up. The latest incident involves my trash not being picked up at all for the last 2 weeks with promises from the company to pick up each time we call. Unfortunately our township has a contract with them and we are stuck in the middle. DO NOT ISE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR WASTE MANAGEMENT!!
mascaro is the worst company for service I have ever seen. Today is the third week in a row they passed by my recycle container. they work in a "when your route is done your done". This is good for the worker but bad for the customer. Yhy drivers are in such a hurry that the pickers cant keep up.They should not be allowed to bid on municipal contracts.
What a waste of taxpayer money. This lousy band of cowboys are contracted by our municipality to collect everybody's trash. They repeatedly miss the trash or recycling collection and state that its too heavy or that something in the can does not comply with the rules. They are careless and unnecessarily heavy handed with the cans and do not care that their actions have damaged my vehicles and garage doors. The customer service for this organization is horrible considering it is contracted by my township. My trashcans are constantly left in the middle of my driveway and a safety hazard as I have to exit my car on a busy road to move it. I have contacted the company several times to no avail.
I received great service for about a year. After that year it is constantly hit or miss if my trash will be picked up. I've called and have been told every excuse. I've spoken with regional managers about the issue. It seems like no one in the company cares about their customers. If you have any service issues with the company there is no one to contact. J.P. Mascaro is by far the worst company for trash removal in existence. They come once a week and then select what they want to take from my trash, leave cans full, throw them in the street, and dump the trash everywhere. When I call to complain I get nothing but limitations or told that I'm wrong. I'm not sure what their definition of BULK TRASH is but in mine its a lot not three cans maximum, and if you put a fourth they wont take it or rummage through it and select what they want to take. To Whom It May Concern: I am very disappointed to receive a complaint of this nature. I have had numerous dealings with this resident ranging from cans being too heavy to trash left in the street after the crew has dumped their cans. I can remembber going here on two separate occasions that are still clear in my mind. Once for a toter that was filled to the top with apples and the other time for trash left in the street.
