Forced by our township to use this company. Have had nothing but problems getting my trash collected for over 10 years. Drivers have an attitude, and when you complain to corporate about your trash not being collected, you are placed on a wait list. Basically your trash will get collected when we get around to it. Company raises their rates every year, we are presently paying 33% more for trash collection than other area townships.
