I would strongly discourage anyone from renting any property managed by JP Management based on my experience as a tenant. From the beginning, I was told by the property manager, Nick, that the entire interior of the building would be renovated. That never happened. After JP Management took over the apartment complex I’ve been living in, they made some unsafe changes to the exterior. They took away the hand railings outside the main door without replacing all of them. That is a safety issue for elderly tenants. They also took away the Entance and Exit signs that have been there for years which can cause an accident for those new to the place.
