I am giving them one start because it is the lowest. The worse Management ever! I have been complaining about the extremely noisy tenants who live above of my apartment and who play video games from 10 pm until 5 am! Almost every single day making impossible to sleep. Absolutely horrendous. Disgusting, noisey tenants and extremely shameful management! They allow tenants to feed a litter of 6+ cats with feces and food left in the parking lot. My car was smashed up by a tenant. My dog passed away from a mouse bite from infestation in my unit! Milda, Daniel and the enetire JP management firm are unacceptable people. Stay away as far as you can. Renting at the Avion is a nightmare and it's all because of incompetence from management.
