The staff is not up to par with how a rental business should be ran. They have a lot of properties, but some they tend to more than others it seems. They’re very dismissive to needs and require you to have to continuously follow up on basic needs to apt.
I am giving them one start because it is the lowest. The worse Management ever! I have been complaining about the extremely noisy tenants who live above of my apartment and who play video games from 10 pm until 5 am! Almost every single day making impossible to sleep. It's a nightmare to suffer of sleep deprivation when you have to work early next day. I am tired of sending multiple emails, calling the office for a solution since December! Absolutely horrendous. Disgusting, noisey tenants and extremely shameful management! They allow tenants to feed a litter of 6+ cats with feces and food left in the parking lot. My car was smashed up by a tenant. My dog passed away from a mouse bite from infestation in my unit! Milda, Daniel and the enetire JP management firm are unacceptable people.
