JP Karos pulled the permit and completed the work for a second full bath in what was an unfinished lower level of a home I purchased to renovate. His work was thorough and efficient, priced right, and finished timely. I’m very loyal to contractors who do a great job, so I just contacted him again for my newest project. Highest recommendation!
ATTENTION FUTURE CUSTOMERS: Do not hire this company, they are extremely overpriced, don’t complete work in a timely manner. James claims the project “will be completed in a few weeks” will actually turn into several months.

Water heater let go during the worst time. Called JP Karos and the owner James promised to be out after the service call he was on. As promised James showed up with a new power vent water heater and installed in no time. I had hot water within 1.5 hours of him showing up. He also installed a mixing valve for me so the temperature at my taps was just right and I did not have to worry about anyone get burned with hot water. Thank you James & JP Karos.
