I waited to write this review...hoping that John would eventually respond. I will say this business came highly recommended. So much so that I put all my eggs in one basket, and now I'm starting over looking for a reputable business. I had John out and we went through the work we needed done. He was quite busy at the time, so when I didn't have an estimate a month later I wasn't concerned. I was going to wait. Then another month went and I wrote. John and his crew do amazing work! We had a major mold issue in our finished basement. They took care of everything and left my basement spotless! Very professional, reasonably priced and very responsive. I couldn't be happier. Best of all, they are just good, salt of the Earth people. Very personable and friendly. I would definitely recommend JP Improvements!!
When we purchased a home last summer, we discovered several areas that were heavily contaminated with mold that were not disclosed and not found by the home inspector. The pros at JP Improvements did a great job removing all of it! They even took the time to pull out all the kitchen cabinets so they could get the last bit of mold behind them. John was great to work with! We called him to do what we thought was a small job and when he realized it was a much larger undertaking he walked us through all of our options, taking the time to answer lots of questions. He and his crew got the work done in a timely manner despite uncooperative weather and all with a great sense of humor and smile on their faces. I'd call him again in a heartbeat!
