Worst customer experience - Wrong prices displayed , disconnected the call when asked a question about booking time
Had a great experience at JP Hair Salon. Alex did an amazing job on my haircut - the layering is beautiful and very well done. He’s punctual, attentive, really listens, and gives thoughtful suggestions. The cut turned out exactly right. I also want to mention that Raymond did a great job with my bf’s haircut as well. Highly recommended.
unfortunately, I interrupted their small talk in the morning. guy who looked like the boss (very casual clothes, white hair highlights) wasn't happy and gave me a terrible uneven cut as a result. guess i messed up.
