Very bad experience, not honest with their communication. Lying about what has been said, left our house with works half done. Would not recommend to anyone to go through what we had to. Ended up costing us more from when we started the works.
Would not waste your time if trying to do an insurance claim, they are too busy to do anything and don't want the work and are clearly getting kick backs from the insurers to refuse the customers claims. Why pay $s of dollars in home insurance if you can't access it when you need it?
