First off, I apologize for not getting this review in sooner! Jose and team are FANTASTIC! I called them on short notice as I was going to be out of town for two weeks just after I had my pool resurfaced, and did not want organic matter to stain the new pool. The crew came by once a day to clean and skim my pool. OUTSTANDING customer service, and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needed care for your pool. If I could give 10 stars I would!
Shoutout to José for the full deep clean and prep of my hot tub for the season! Great communication, fair pricing, and knocked the job out quick and efficient. Will be recommending him to my friends!
Although Jose was not able to come out to my house to diagnose and fix an issue with my hot tub, he was very professional and sent over local contacts that would be able to provide me with exactly what I was looking for. I’ll keep his number stored and if there is anything that I need in the future that more aligns with what his company offers, I’d be happy to use his services.
Jose takes great care of our pool. Communication is excellent and friendly. Our pool is an important amenity for our vacation rental business and Jose keeps it in pristine shape. Highly recommend!
