Not even a year and something is wrong with one panel. I told them one panel isn’t producing but they said it’s depends on the time of the day it’s been working good till about a week. There good to get your $ but the lady in the front office Anna Shields is very rude and unprofessional. We are starting bad already and it’s hasn’t been a year yet:( Go Elsewhere!!
On February 16th of 2023, we signed our solar contract with JP Electric and solar. Our salesman was Patrick Doyle. At this time, Patrick, and the company were promising NEM2 before everything changed in April 2023 to NEM3, as long as they had signed contracts, along with the $1000 deposit paid with the contract. JP Solar installed my solar system and it was a wonderful experience. Prior to having solar my bills were over $800 a month. After my solar was installed I had no bills and have only had to pay my Edison fees, averaging about $20.00 per month. The crew was professional and the install was seamless. I am currently building a new home and will have JP Solar install a battery for my home.
