I contracted for an oven outlet to be attached to the wall behind my stove so that the stove could sit flush against the back wall. Doris in the office was polite and efficient. Paul, the electrician was pleasant and got the job done. My issue is with the pricing model. I was charged $247 to book the appointment, which was to cover travel and the first hour. Josh and his team have been working on my for a full rewire with additional work. They're professionalism, understanding and quality of work is unmatched! It helped knowing his team is eager to get to work and have it finished in a timely manner. I'd also like to give a special shoutout to Marci & Joe - as they were the main point of contacts for most of the project and have helped me understand every step of the project along the way!
