Great customer service. After contacting several companies who were not willing to take the time to help me ,i called J&P who took the necessary time to help find the correct tire .and it arrived sooner than i expected , GREAT JOB AND APPRECIATED
Easy to mavigate and Great selection
Stop in at J and P cycles yesterday. The staff there were so friendly and tried to help us out. They have a huge selection in their store. I would definitely recommend them for all your motorcycle gear.
I called to see if they had the part in stock. They did and they set it aside for me so I didn’t have to go looking.
Well first of all whoever I talked to on the phone didn't even know your address. I got the run around trying to get to the shop? When I got there, there was only two guys working and I had to wait a long time to be waited on? I bought a new chain and was told it was $109 but when I paid for everything the price was a lot higher? The guy who waited on me was very polite and respectful and I think did his best to help me but seemed like he was out of his element? I think he mentioned people weren't there for some reason?
