Very authentic store with deep, specialised knowledge of every item the owner sells. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed and offered options that genuinely suited me. I always feel confident buying my Japanese charms, makeup, and goods here because the care and expertise are unmatched. She is also a very pleasant person to talk to and warm, patient, and genuinely passionate about what she does.
