They did a great job getting out the tough stains in our carpets.
My filthy rug is now sparkling clean. The two folks for JP who came to my place were kind and efficient in their work. I asked about cleaning my sofa and they gave me advice on how to do it myself in order to save me money. All in all a great experience.

The grout work in my showers that Peter did is absolutely horrendous. The grout is all over the tile instead of in between. He lied about what would be done, and there was no invoice indicating the scope of work. He promised to remove some hard water stains and later said this was not part of our agreement. When I questioned him mid-project, he threatened to drop everything and leave, which would have left me with no working showers. I would never hire him again.
