With our hard work and the help of our loyal customers, we overcame the challenges caused by the recession and COVID. Peter and his daughter did an amazing job returning luster to our red oak floors. And they went above & beyond to schedule on a weekend before our furniture arrived. I highly recommend this company!
Jackie and her team cleaned all the floors in our new townhome. The floors were glistening once they were done. I have used JP Carpet Cleaning Expert Floor Care before- I wouldn't use anyone else.
Wonderful job. Wonderful people. At the estimate I could tell they knew their stuff and were on top of it. They were hired to treat a large area of terracotta tile. A group of 5 came in at 8am to get to work removing furniture, taping base boards and nearby floors, scrubbing it clean, and sealing it with a finishing wax. They left by 2pm. Great work and kind workers. Will definitely go back.
JP Carpet Cleaning Expert Floor Care was a huge disappointment. I hired them based on positive reviews, but the service I received was far below expectations. The team didn’t seem prepared and lacked the proper equipment for a thorough cleaning. My carpets still had dirt in high-traffic areas, and some stains were completely untouched. I had a terrible experience with JP Carpet Cleaning Expert Floor Care. I scheduled an appointment for a carpet cleaning, and the technicians arrived late. When they finally showed up, they seemed rushed and didn’t even take the time to clean all areas properly. My carpets still had visible stains, and there was no noticeable fresh scent afterward.
