Quality builder and superb customer service.
Mitch spent two hours going through our new JP Brooks home. His attention to detail was very evident. He had already identified some items that needed attention & had a plan to correct them in process. Definitely a 5 ⭐️ project manager !
We had a great experience building our new home from the ground up with JP Brooks. Starting out the process with our sales person Amelia, who is absolutely amazing. We’ve been extremely disappointed with our JP Brooks home. Within just two years, we’ve experienced more issues than we ever expected in a new build — crumbling cement on our front walkway, no insulation in the garage (despite it being drywalled), and very poor-quality paint throughout the house.
