Ryan was absolutely amazing through the entire process. This was the first time (4 prior homes) we had built. He gave us true white glove treatment walking us through the complexity of the process! We also used him to sell our existing home. I credit Ryan and the team he assembled to prep us and the house for not only selling it in just a few days but also getting the best value for the sale! Ryan is super responsive and we SO appreciate him!!

We absolutely love our home by JP Brooks. This is now our 2nd home built by them. This time around we did a build on your own lot, and the process was super smooth. We loved that we were able to get exact costs on upgrades so we could decide what was most important to us. Everything was completed in a timely manner, the process of making the selections for the house was easy, and they were great to communicate with! We would highly recommend them!
I'm posting this as Realtor who represented buyers that bought a house. As a Realtor who has represented nunerous clients through new construction the experience for me professionally to my clients (yes they told me I could say this) was absolutely top notch. From the owner running an open house. To Veronica keeping us up to date on the transaction and progress of the home to Austin walking us through the home it was truly a pleasure to work with them.
Would not recommend to anyone. From the get go I was lied to about options I wanted in my house to just have many other people who built after me show up on the block with them. The attention to detail is not there and the amount of issues I have had since moving in a year and a half ago is unacceptable. There is no communication between subs, the PM, and the homeowner when it comes to warranty work being done, and the follow up between people is atrocious.
