If I could give a negative star rating I would. My goodness, you should see the tone at which this builder's "Warranty Department" responded to me. Hmm, if you sold a home where the dishwasher was never properly installed AND it only came to light when the closing mechanism wore out from the tipping forward, ethically you should pay for the proper installation of said dishwasher that was never done. I would never work with this firm again. Real character comes out after the sale.
Don’t recommend. They don’t seem to care about their customers. They build fast, use lower grade material, take forever to fix problems/complaints. My parents deserved better. Just a word of advice, read your contract carefully.
I recently purchased a home that had been completed prior to me purchasing it. The final walkthrough and acceptance walkthrough were handled by Austin fantastically. With as thorough as he was, I wished I had been part of the process from the start.
