Horrible , shady company . DO NOT TAKE your boat here . Owner lied to us just to get our boat there , didn't look at it per the employee but owner charged us and would not give us our keys until we paid . Sad.
brought my boat for repairs n even though they said it will be done in 3 days, it took 5. Was by fare way faster then what other shops (2-3 week waiting time) n the prices were also better, good service, Overall I'm happy.
Took my 2 jet skis to them, spent 380.00 for nothing. Rick didn't even check out my electrical problem. I don't think he even looked under the seats. Have had my kawasaki since 90. One owner, me. Know how I took care of it. Engine looks brand new. Rick told me that for the 400.00 it would probably fix both ski. Got a bill for 900.to a 1000.per ski. Need both needed fuel lines flushed and carbs rebuilt. And new impellers. That the 380. that I paid would go to the full amount due. Told me a new carborator for my kawasaki would... read more
After a horrible experience at a boat upholstery shop I was looking for an engine get ready shop for my boat. Luckily I found JP Boat in Riverside and met the people there. Dana and Rick were especially nice and Rick was very informative and helpful during the process of getting my boat operational again.It had been sitting for a few years and this caused some problems which Rick identified and repaired at a reasonable cost. Extremely unhappy. avoid at all cost !
I recently brought my boat in for service (June, 2008) and they did a great job. The service was quick and done correctly. I was a little worried because this was the first time I had my boat serviced in Ca. I am used to getting it serviced in Lake Havasu, Az. Dont let the small business atmosphere bother you, they took care of me for a reasonable price.
I experience quality service, fast turn around time and their rates are very reasonable. I will be back for maintenance again. Friendly service, very professional.
