They processed a warranty claim for an engine replacement, but only performed a repair; I asked for an explanation but haven't received a response.
Lady was rude and hung up on me. do not recommend. update: i was not rude at all, any business has the right to refuse service, the issue is i was hung up on while speaking. call lasted less than 10 seconds before i was hung up on. right is right, wrong is wrong. and to add, i have a ton of good reviews also, the negative reviews are left when a company has a negative impact. which is why you all received the review. having respect goes a long way, check out the other 90 reviews on my profile. 95% of them are 5 stars.
