They replaced the ball joints on my F-150. Everything you could ask for. Reasonably priced, good work, finished in a timely manner. They found another small issue that I had not gone in for, informed me of the issue, took care of it, at no charge. I highly recommend JP Automotive. . So, 3-4 years later I had another issue. I thought it was the starter. They found and fixed the problem for a lot less than the starter I expected to have to pay for. Again, quick, great, friendly service and my truck runs(starts) like a top.

I had trusted JP for a few years now as my mechanic up until I recently found out Jason tried to cheat me $250 towards labor. The part they put in a few months back went bad and come to find out instead of filing a labor claim with AutoZone they were just going to have me pay out-of-pocket labor again instead. When he called me back an hour later (supposedly filing a labor claim when it usually takes 24 hours) he said that Auto-Zone would only pay half. If you want an affordable, dependable, and FRIENDLY place to get your car repaired.... This is the place. They go ABOVE AND BEYOND when it comes to getting you back on the road. The only place I will take my vehicles from now on.
