My 2016 Honda CRV was rear-ended and has extensive damage. The rear cargo floor was carved in. Both rear doors won’t close properly. Both rear side panels have damage. And there were rear end damages to the lift gate, bumper exhaust and trailer hitch. It is the biggest auto repair work in my entire life so far. The car has relatively low miles. Needed an emergency repair on the Fourth of July and was calling a few places that were listed as open on the holiday. The person who answered was incredibly rude, saying “Don’t you know today is a holiday?!” I attempted to apologize and explain that their website displayed them as still being open, but he remained agitated. If you don’t take business on the holiday, just don’t answer. Don’t berate someone who was just asking if they were open, as many others were.

I had a non repair issue trying to get motorbikes out of the back of my pick up truck. Javier and his team were more than happy to help me, a torn rotator cuff had immobilized me and they came to my aid. Great guys
