I just moved here. Used my debit card to pay for oil change. Haven’t used card anywhere else. Lo and behold 2 days later someone in nearby Ohio is trying to use my card number at various krogers. When I called to alert her of this she yelled at me. Literally the ONLY place I’ve used the card and it’s stolen. Run don’t walk away from this shop. Also they somehow got my original bad review taken down but I’m a persistent person. Mechanic is chill but the office “staff” are not. Dishonest and rude.
Love the place
Always honest, professional and skilled. John, Pam and Norma always are extremely helpful and accommodating. The mechanics are extremely capable and always treat your vehicle like their own. The shop communicates the issues and gives you all the information you need to make a good decision.
I will never go anywhere else for an alignment. 3 shops would not touch my coilovers and these guys made it happen. They didn't complain, sigh, or give me bs even after busting their knuckles multiple times.
