They never call you back an never give you up dates about your car I’ve been calling them an nobody picks up the phone as soon as I get my car form them I’ll never send people here because the communication is sorry as hell.
Work was good and on time. The office staff are friendly and professional.
Bad experience, I gave them specific simple instructions on replacing my ignition wiring. They gaslighting me that it wasn't my issue despite the manufacturer of the car stated it should be fixed the way I told them too. They charged me $120 to do a half way done job ....they only replaced the connector despite me giving them the full part with the wiring! C'mon! Horrible place I would not take my car here ever again. I had to bring my car in three or four times. The first time I brought it in. I was having electrical issues and my car was overheating. They patched up the overheating issue however they put the wrong type of antifreeze in my car, which caused it to have another issue. I had to have it flushed. They did not fix any of the electrical issues when I brought it in the first time they went and picked it up and brought it home. I tried to go to my mother’s the very next morn... read more
