Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Accommodated my short timeline even though they were busy. Had excellent suggestions for where to ride. You can also rent any bike in the store, no matter how new.
Great shop, nice people, had my bike serviced, almost all was well other than one of my brakes not quite working as it should.
On a trip from out of state and had an emergency flat on my wheelchair tire and they went above and beyond to replace it, even while very busy. Incredibly friendly and helpful.
One of the best tune ups I've ever had on my bike and I can be rough on it. Great people and great service. Plan ahead though cause they get busy.
