One of the best tune ups I've ever had on my bike and I can be rough on it. Great people and great service. Plan ahead though cause they get busy.
Absolutely disappointed with this store. Took my Schwinn MB in after damage on a trail. I asked they replace the front wheel and check for any other damage. After 2 days of no contact I return to the shop and they hadn't even looked at it. They said they could order the wheel and it would be in next week. What they didn't tell me was they couldn't order the same one? Schwinn, the most well known bike on the planet and they can't get the same one? What an absolute gem of a store. Stopped by to get some recommendations for local trails to ride the next day. Well stocked & friendly staff. Chris was super helpful and shared some of his favorite routes at the Outlaw trails. Went back post ride to get some new brake pads which they had in stock and to say thanks for the tips. The Shiv is one heck of a trail & if I’m not mistaken, Chris knows how to handle both a bike shop and a bike, that KOM will take some beating! #shoplocal
