I brought my racing bike in for its annual maintenance, derailleur repair, and a cage for my hand pump. They kept it for a week and returned it to me missing the hand pump and the caps for the tire valves. They did perform some maintenance, but it was not worth $145. The chain fell off before I was even able to ride it again. No hand pump cage had been ordered. I complained, and the owner offered to make things right.
