On a trip from out of state and had an emergency flat on my wheelchair tire and they went above and beyond to replace it, even while very busy. Incredibly friendly and helpful.
One of the best tune ups I've ever had on my bike and I can be rough on it. Great people and great service. Plan ahead though cause they get busy.
Absolutely disappointed with this store. Took my Schwinn MB in after damage on a trail. I asked they replace the front wheel and check for any other damage. After 2 days of no contact I return to the shop and they hadn't even looked at it. They said they could order the wheel and it would be in next week. What they didn't tell me was they couldn't order the same one? Schwinn, the most well known bike on the planet and they can't get the same one?
